Australia-Wide Delivery

We deliver to metro, regional and remote areas across every Australian state and territory. Delivery timeframes and freight cost depend on the size and weight of the item and your postcode.

Estimated delivery times

• Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart, Darwin): 3-7 business days
• Regional areas: 5-10 business days
• Remote areas: may take longer depending on courier network coverage; we will let you know if your postcode requires an extended timeframe

Large and bulky items

Wheelchairs, rollators, furniture and bathroom equipment often ship via a different freight carrier to small daily living aids. If your order includes both, items may arrive on separate days. We will provide tracking information for each shipment.

Freight cost

Shipping is calculated based on the size, weight and destination of your order and shown before you complete payment. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Damaged in transit?

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
