We charge a flat rate of $12 per order for postage over Australia. All items are posted via Australia Post Express.

Free postage for all Australian orders over $150

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.

You are welcome to return or exchange items within 30 days of dispatch. We recommend your first approach would be to contact us via our contact us page to arrange a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items.

Your purchased product must return to us in a new condition and in its original packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, or removed from their original packaging. You also must include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email.


I have a faulty product, what do I do next?

If your equipment is faulty we advise you to contact us at your earliest convenience with your proof of purchase. This process will trigger an internal course of action to investigate the problem, the status of the warranty and provide a plan for rectification.

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
